These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Notifees platform ("Notifees", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Synochi Tech.
Notifees is a fee collection and management platform designed for academies, coaching classes, tuition centres, sports academies, activity classes and similar educational or training businesses.
Depending on the plan and functionality available to you, the Service may provide tools for managing students, branches, users and roles, fee plans, billing cycles, outstanding fees, payments, receipts, payment links, reminders and applicable discounts or promotions.
Where Notifees is offered as a beta or trial service, you acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, incomplete functionality or changes. We may modify, suspend or discontinue beta features at any time.
You should independently verify important financial and payment records and maintain appropriate business records and backups.
You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms. If you use Notifees on behalf of an academy, company or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly notify us of unauthorised access or suspected security incidents.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of information entered into Notifees. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
If you enter information relating to students, parents or guardians, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority, notices, permissions and consents required by applicable law. This is particularly important where information relates to children.
Notifees may make online payment links or payment features available through third-party payment providers. The academy remains responsible for the fees it charges students and for ensuring that its fee records and payment instructions are accurate. A payment provider may require a payer to complete authentication or follow additional instructions before a transaction is completed.
Payment processing, authentication, refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks and settlement are subject to the applicable payment provider's terms, rules and availability. A payment marked as initiated or pending is not necessarily a successful payment. Users should rely on the final status confirmed by the payment provider and shown in Notifees.
Notifees may receive or display transaction references, payment status, date, amount, payment method and receipt information. Settlement timing depends on the payment provider and the relevant banking or payment network. Notifees does not guarantee a particular settlement time and is not itself a bank or payment network.
Payment processing fees: Any fee charged by a payment provider, bank or payment network is governed by that provider's terms and applicable law. Notifees will not represent that a student or parent must pay an additional Notifees processing fee unless the applicable payment flow clearly discloses that fee before the payer confirms the transaction. Unless a fee is expressly disclosed and lawfully applicable, the academy is responsible for charges applicable to its use of online payment features. Academies must not add an undisclosed surcharge or misrepresent a fee as a government, bank or payment-provider charge.
Where Notifees displays a fee, payer or amount breakdown, the payer should review it before proceeding. The amount confirmed by the payment provider and the final transaction record will govern the payment actually processed. A payment provider may separately impose charges under its own terms.
Notifees subscription fees, available plans, billing intervals, applicable taxes, discounts and promotional terms are those shown at checkout or otherwise expressly communicated by us at the time of purchase. This section does not promise that any particular plan, price or promotion will always be available. We will not change the amount of an already-confirmed subscription charge for a billing period except as permitted by the applicable offer, your authorisation and law.
Recurring subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process recurring payments in accordance with the plan and authorisation details shown during checkout. The provider may require you to authenticate or approve a mandate. A mandate or subscription may fail, be paused or be cancelled under provider rules. You are responsible for reviewing the amount, frequency, start date and renewal terms presented before authorising payment.
Renewal and cancellation: A subscription renews according to the billing interval and renewal terms disclosed at checkout unless cancelled or otherwise ended in accordance with the Service and payment-provider process. You may request cancellation using the available account or support process. Cancellation of future renewals does not automatically reverse a payment already processed. Any refund, partial refund or credit is governed by the offer terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. If a change from monthly to annual billing is offered, the effective date, any future-start authorisation and the treatment of the existing paid period will be shown or communicated as part of that change.
Taxes and receipts: You are responsible for taxes applicable to your use of the Service, as required by law. Any tax collected by us will be identified in the applicable invoice or receipt where required.
You must not use Notifees to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or use the Service for fraudulent or abusive activity.
You retain your rights in the information and business data you submit to Notifees. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit and otherwise use that data to provide, secure, maintain and support the Service, comply with law, and carry out other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
You must not upload personal data that you are not authorised to provide. You should limit the information you enter to what is reasonably needed for academy administration and fee management, particularly where the information relates to children.
Notifees, including its software, interface, branding, logos, content and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
If you provide suggestions, feedback or ideas regarding Notifees, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information contrary to our obligations.
Notifees may depend on third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, communication services, analytics or advertising services, including Google services where enabled, and other infrastructure providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. Third-party availability, functionality, policies and data practices are not controlled by Notifees.
Where Google Ads or related measurement technologies are enabled, they may be used to measure advertising performance or help understand visits and actions associated with advertising. Any use of cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies is subject to the applicable privacy disclosures, consent choices where required, and the third party's terms. The availability or use of advertising measurement does not guarantee that an advertisement will be shown or that a particular result will occur.
We aim to keep Notifees available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, internet or third-party service interruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of billing, payment, receipt and outstanding records. Notifees is a software tool and does not replace your accounting, tax, legal or statutory records and obligations.
Information or functionality provided through Notifees is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. You should obtain professional advice where appropriate.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, non-payment or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service or request account closure subject to applicable procedures.
After account termination, data may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal, security, accounting or legitimate business requirements, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notifees is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every business requirement or be completely free from errors or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the Service. Any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Notifees and its personnel from claims, losses or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or unlawful handling of information you submit to the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be made available through the Service. Your continued use of Notifees after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where legally permitted.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at [Mumbai/Thane, Maharashtra] shall have jurisdiction.
Where advertising or conversion measurement tools such as Google Ads are enabled, we may use them to assess the performance of campaigns and understand actions taken after an advertisement is viewed or clicked. These tools may use cookies, online identifiers, device or browser information, IP address, and event information, subject to the configuration of the integration and applicable law.
