This Privacy Policy explains how Synochi Tech , operating Notifees ("Notifees", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you use our Service.
This Policy applies to personal data processed through the Notifees website, application, account, payment-link experience and related services.
We may collect your name, academy/business name, email address, mobile number, address, branch information, account credentials, user roles and preferences.
Depending on how the Service is used, an academy may provide student names, contact information, parent/guardian information, enrollment details, branch or batch information, fee plans, billing information, payment information, outstanding amounts and receipt information.
We may process payment-related information such as transaction reference, status, date, amount, payment method and receipt details. Payment credentials such as full card details may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider and may not be stored by Notifees.
We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, login information, usage information, diagnostics, security logs and similar technical information needed to operate, troubleshoot and secure the Service.
If analytics, Google Ads or related conversion-measurement tools are enabled, those tools may collect or receive information such as cookie identifiers, online or device identifiers, IP address, browser/device information, pages or screens visited, referring URLs, and events such as an ad click or a completed action. The exact information depends on the tools enabled and their configuration. We will use consent mechanisms where required by applicable law and the relevant platform rules. Do not assume that advertising measurement is active unless it has been enabled in the live service.
If you contact us, we may retain your messages and related information to respond to and manage your request.
Where consent is required, we seek consent through a clear affirmative action and provide information about the purpose of processing. Where applicable, you may withdraw consent through the mechanisms we provide. Where advertising cookies or similar technologies require consent, they should not be activated before the required consent is obtained.
Some processing may be necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, protect security, prevent fraud or otherwise be permitted under applicable law. Consent for optional advertising or measurement technologies is separate from processing necessary to provide core account and fee-management functionality where required by law.
Academies may use Notifees to provide information about their students, parents and guardians. The academy is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary authority, notices, permissions and lawful basis to provide that information to Notifees and to use it for its own purposes.
Notifees may process information relating to students who are children when an academy uses the Service. The academy is responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian consent and providing any notices required by applicable law. Notifees will process such information only for legitimate Service purposes and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We may share personal data with service providers that help us operate Notifees, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, database, payment processing, email or messaging, security, analytics, advertising measurement and support providers. They may process data on our instructions or under their own terms where they act independently, as applicable.
If Google Ads or related Google measurement services are enabled, relevant information may be shared with Google to measure campaign performance or conversions. Google may process information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. The data shared depends on the integration settings; this Policy does not assert that enhanced conversions, customer-match uploads, remarketing audiences or any particular Google Ads feature is enabled.
We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, government authority, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of relevant business assets.
We do not intend to sell personal data as a business model.
When you use an online payment feature, the transaction may be processed by a third-party payment provider. That provider may collect and process payment information under its own privacy policy and terms. Notifees may receive transaction references, status, date, amount, payment method and receipt details to update academy records and provide the Service. Full card or other payment credentials may be handled directly by the provider rather than stored by Notifees, depending on the payment method and provider.
We retain personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type and purpose of the data.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for ensuring that information you provide to Notifees is accurate and lawfully collected.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal data, including access to information about processing, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where applicable, withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis, and the ability to raise a grievance.
Requests may be submitted using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Notifees may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, advertising measurement and service functionality. Strictly necessary technologies may be needed for core functionality. Optional analytics or advertising technologies should be used in accordance with applicable consent requirements and the choices made available to you. You may also control some cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.
Where Google Ads conversion tracking or related Google measurement tools are enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad interactions and actions on the Service. Google may combine information collected through these technologies with information it already holds, subject to your Google settings and Google's own policies. For more information, review Google's privacy information at Google Privacy Policy and advertising controls at Google My Ad Center. These links are provided for convenience; Google controls its own services and policies.
We do not claim that every Google Ads feature is enabled. The specific technologies used depend on the production configuration and applicable consent choices.
The Service may contain integrations or links to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information directly to third parties.
Some service providers may process or store information outside India. Where applicable, we will take steps required by applicable law in relation to such processing or transfers.
If we become aware of a personal data breach requiring notification under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, contain and address the incident and provide notifications where legally required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the Service, together with the applicable effective date.
You can use any consent controls presented by Notifees to manage optional analytics or advertising technologies where provided. You may also manage personalised advertising through Google account settings and browser controls. Opting out of personalised advertising does not necessarily stop all contextual advertising or all measurement that is permitted by law.
